Nobody describes a bathroom remodel the way a contractor does. They talk about the installer who was polite and neat, the consultant who explained the products without pushing, the project manager who double-checked the order, and a shower that finally stopped leaking.
Below are reviews from Google and from Twist & Spout's own reviews page, in the reviewers' own words. To see the work they're talking about, browse the gallery of finished Northwest Arkansas showers, or read how a project runs from consultation to final walk-through.
In their words
“Did a shower install/replacement and everything went so smoothly. Jackson was great at explaining the products and process and getting the ball rolling. Things were ready sooner than I expected which was great, and Stephen, the installer, was quite knowledgeable and kind. Overall a great experience and only took 2 days!”
“Drew Our installer was amazing. He is trustworthy, thorough and a true craftsman. He's ideas really made the shower pop and couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend him and the company. We got everything we wanted.”
“Our old shower had been leaking for over a year and had caused mold damage, so we had no choice but to replace it. Our new shower is gorgeous and feels so fancy!”
“They removed a 25 year old tiled shower and a big useless “Garden tub” the ’90’s said was mandatory. They replaced with a large walk-in shower and a bit of extra space for storage.”
“From tearing out a shower wall, raising the ceiling, enlarging the bathroom entry, to installing our “senior friendly” shower, Stephen did fabulous job.”
“Our new walk-in shower is beautiful and we really love it. Justin was our installer and he was such a nice, polite and neat worker it was a joy to have him in our home. He also informed us of the steps as the project progressed.”
“Thank you Laura for all your help & accommodating my free consultation after hours. I appreciate how Ozark Home Pros offers late appointments for those of us working.”
Why some reviews say Ozark Home Pros
Ozark Home Pros was the company's name until 2026, when it became Twist & Spout. It is the same family-owned business founded by Eric and Charis Barker in 2021, run from the same Springdale office at 4031 Old Wire Rd, with the same phone number. Older reviews were written under the old name, and we've kept the old name in them.
Reviewers also name the people they dealt with: the installers Drew, Stephen and Justin, Cameron the project manager, Laura in the office, and the consultants Jackson, Derrella and Uriel. For the story behind the company, read how Eric and Charis started Twist & Spout.
