Bathroom remodeling questions, answered

These are the questions Northwest Arkansas homeowners ask before they book a consultation: how long the work takes, what happens if there is rot behind the old tub, why panels instead of tile, and how the price works. If yours isn't here, call the office on (479) 321-3834, Monday to Friday.

Questions about your project

Most installs take two to three days in your home, depending on the products you choose, the size of the space and features like bench seats or pony walls. With the FastBath program and in-stock systems, the whole project runs three weeks or less from your first meeting.

It is covered. Under the Price Locked Against Rot guarantee, hidden rot or water damage in the wet-area walls or floor is repaired or replaced at no additional cost, so the discovery never turns into a surprise bill.

No grout means less cleaning, less maintenance and less chance of a waterproofing failure. The panels are 100% waterproof and come in finishes with the look of natural stone. Twist & Spout mostly installs Sentrel and Samuel Müeller solid surface, with Onyx Collection as another option.

No. If a tile shower is leaking or cracked, the waterproofing is likely compromised, so Twist & Spout recommends a complete replacement instead of refinishing or tile repair. That is how they can stand behind the work for life.

A design consultant visits your home for a free consultation, does a 30-point measure and inspection, designs the bathroom with you and leaves an exact price that is good for a full year. If you decide to go ahead on that first visit, they offer a Co-Op Discount, because it saves them a second trip.

Yes. 0% APR for 12 months with approved credit through their trade partners. Not all applicants qualify, and other rates and terms are available. Your consultant walks you through the options.

No. It was founded locally by Eric and Charis Barker and is based in Springdale. You may know it by its earlier name: Ozark Home Pros is now Twist & Spout.

Northwest Arkansas from Fort Smith to Bella Vista, within about an hour and a half of the Springdale shop, including Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, Lowell, Cave Springs, Farmington, Prairie Grove and Van Buren.

Workmanship is backed by a lifetime labor warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties, and the Next-Day Service Response guarantee means you hear back by the next business day.

About the company

It is not a chain. Eric and Charis Barker founded it locally in 2021, and the roots are in Northwest Arkansas. Eric started in construction at fifteen and spent about twenty years in residential remodeling before the move, and he holds the builder and electrician licenses (Arkansas Builder License # 48896, Electrician License # RM-1014). You may remember the company as Ozark Home Pros, its name until 2026.

A design consultant visits your home for a free consultation, does a 30-point measure and inspection and designs the bathroom with you on the spot. Everything you pick goes into a written scope of work, and a project manager follows up to confirm measurements and selections before anything is ordered. The production side handles materials and scheduling, the install crew does the work, and a final walk-through lets you inspect the finished bathroom and approve it before the job counts as done.

Three things people mention most: a lifetime labor warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties, an exact quote that stays good for a full year, and a No Pressure, No Tricks sales promise that every consultant signs. Payment plans are available too, including 0% APR for 12 months with approved credit, though not all applicants qualify. The work is done by their own in-house install crews.

Yes. Your consultant comes to your home and designs the shower with you in their design app, so you see the layout before you commit. Most of what they install is Sentrel and Samuel Müeller solid surface, with Onyx Collection as another choice, plus Moen fixtures and Fleurco glass doors. Ask about bench seats, niches and grab bars while you are choosing.

Nobody can promise a resale number, and Twist & Spout does not make one up. What they can point to is a shower that is easier to clean with no grout, safer to step into, and covered by a transferable lifetime warranty that can pass to the next owner. Your consultant can talk through your home and your plans for it during the free visit.
